Refund policy

SoulCall is free. The only thing you can pay for is a token pack. Here is how refunds work for those.

Unspent tokens

You can get a refund for a token pack within 14 days of purchase, as long as its tokens haven't been spent.

Spent tokens

Spent tokens can't be refunded. When you spend tokens, the drawing or conversation is generated right away, and we pay the AI and drawing services for it at that moment.

Partly used packs

If part of a pack is still unspent, we can refund that part.

How to ask

Write to arda@soulcall.space with the email you used to pay and your order number. Payments and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, so the money goes back the same way it came. When a refund goes through, the refunded tokens are removed from the app.
